Standard shipping is free to the lower 48 states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada may incur an additional fee depending on the items ordered. With the exception of Canada, we do not currently ship to international locations. We typically ship products within 1-2 business days from when you place your order. An exact estimate of this order lead time can be found in the product descriptions for the items you are interested in ordering. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on select products.
We ship via all major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, the United States Postal Service, and various freight carriers. Sylvane will use its discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.
Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping method for most products is ground shipping. In most cases, you will receive your product within 5-10 business days using ground delivery.
Expedited Shipping
We offer Next-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipping for most products.
P.O. Box Shipping
We cannot ship any of our products to a P.O. Box.
APO/FPO Shipping
If you are a government agency or individual who requires APO/FPO delivery , please call (800) 934-9194 to discuss delivery options with a customer service representative. The typical delivery time for shipments to U.S. military post office locations will vary based upon the location in the world.
We will notify you via email if your order is unexpectedly delayed. We will send an email that will indicate a new ship date for your order.
As an added measure of protection to our customers, some orders may be sent to our customer verification system. If this occurs, you will be notified via email to call us at 1 (800) 934-9194 within 72 hours. If you do not contact us within 72 hours, we will cancel your order and promptly issue you a full refund. As soon as your order has been verified, it will ship according to the timeframe indicated on the product page. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn more about our customer verification process.
We offer 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next-Day shipping for a variety of our products. During the checkout process, all products that are qualified for expedited shipping will have these shipping options displayed, so that you can choose the best option for your shipment.
Please be aware that the shipping options refer to the transit time only and require additional time for processing your order. In addition, expedited shipping does not deliver on weekends. Please see the shipping chart below for estimated delivery times.

How much is expedited shipping?
We calculate your expedited shipping fees based on the following factors: destination, size, and weight. If expedited shipping for a product is available, a list of shipping options will appear along with the shipping rates during checkout.
Expedited Shipping Exceptions?
Some items are unable to be expedited due to the size of the item and/or destination. Some orders may ship from a third party and require a longer delivery time.
If you place an order to be shipped to Canada, you may incur duties, taxes, and brokerage fees after your order is confirmed. Shipping companies and Canadian customs will evaluate your order at the time of delivery and determine the charges. These fees are non-refundable and will not be reflected in your order total. Brokerage charges are typically the largest of these fees and are listed at the UPS website. Please note that these charges are not connected to Sylvane. If you have any questions about these charges, please contact the shipping company directly.
Our Guaranteed Shipping program was designed to take the guesswork out of shipping details. When a guaranteed ship date displays on a product page, we will prioritize your order to ensure that it ships by the date shown. Holidays, weekends, and many other obstacles have been built into our Guaranteed Shipping program to ensure accuracy of date prediction. Unfortunately, not all obstacles can be prevented. The following are examples of situations that may affect your guaranteed ship date:
At Sylvane.com, we understand that large items often pose a hassle—and sometimes a safety concern—when it comes to bringing them inside your home. That's why we offer our White Glove Delivery Service. Available at an additional fee of $149, this service is an optional shipping upgrade offered on Sylvane products that ship via our freight carriers. As part of this service, two delivery specialists will deliver your item(s) to you and place them in a room of your choice within your home or business. Please note that product placement is limited to moving the item up or down a maximum of 2 flights of stairs.
Products shipped via our White Glove Delivery service will arrive within 7 to 13 business days after you place your order. Prior to delivery of your product, you will receive a phone call from our White Glove Service provider to determine an ideal date and time of delivery. This shipping option is not available on items shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
