I have tried and tested several heater types and technologies and come to a conclusion that micathermic design gives the best result. The heating effect / power consumption ratio is suberb compared to other designs. Other pros are: Slim size, light and quiet. I have had a couple of older DeLonghi MICA heaters for over three years without a single problem.
Sylvane as a vendor also gets ten points for prompt service and accurate information.

I never thought I could be in love with a heater, but I've had this heater a few weeks now and am absolutely thrilled with it! Unlike fan heaters, it does not blow air annoyingly, yet the heat output is quite far-reaching.

It is very quiet (soundless with the exception of a slight buzzing for a few minutes after turning it on), and has enough settings to be able to adjust it easily according to one's needs. I also love that it rolls--I use this in my office area, and I can easily roll it close to my desk or tuck it back under the counter as needed. Very lightweight. I highly recommend this heater to anyone wanting quiet warmth this winter!

This is the 2nd radiator I bought. The first one lasted 9 yrs. I use it all the time in the winter in the kitchen and in the fall and springtime on cool evenings in the living room. I think it is the best heater. Also it looks good.

Heater arrived on time and worked great right out of the box. Was easy to install on the wall and covered the spot where the old heater was mounted.

This is the second of this type of flat panel DeLonghi heaters I have had. I really like them and use my new replacement to warm up our large bathroom in the winter. It does not cycle on and off like another type I had. Good product. Thanks.

When our older model DeLonghi HHP1500 micathermic panel heater finally gave up the ghost, we thought we'd save some money and get other quartz or element heaters, supposedly with quiet fans. Nothing is as quiet as the DeLonghi. We tried three other heaters before finally biting the bullet and ordering the HMP1500. Newer model than what it replaces, it's silent when operating 15 feet from our bed. Our older model lasted 7-8 years, hope this one lasts as long. We are considering getting a second unit and one other for a gift to an older relative. Our unit arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and just attach the two roller feet, plug it in, and good to go!
