Very efficient and quiet. Well designed. Provides quick heating or thermostat-controlled heat. Using it to reduce the energy consumption of our radiant-floor heating system. When using the highest heating setting, one unit, after reaching that setting, clicks repeatedly -- when we lower the setting, the clicking stops. Also, the metal piece within the other unit is bent, but it appears that this is not causing a problem. Regardless of the problems, we ordered two more because we are quite happy with the performance of these units.

Purchased this product because of its "Best Buy " rating. Unit was used in a normal room (200') yet never was able to adequately heat it. Fan does not convect at a high enough rate to evenly dispurse the heat.

Nice product so far, I like the small fan for speedy quite heating. Have used it for a few weeks so far with no issues, heats up a bed room quickly with little to no sound, temperature control seems to work. All in all a good product.

I brought this heater to replace a very old small Eden Pure. It doesn't
heat as good as the old heater. Very disappointed, it was rated by Consm. Report.

We are still getting used to the product. It takes a bit longer to heat up a room than expected, but we aren't used to using space heaters and so it is likely an adjustment on our end.

I live in San Francisco...I don't really need a powerful heater (it's usually in the 60s). I just leave the thermostat at 65 and it just quietly does its thing. I am very satisfied with it. If you need more heat I think it would probably do it but I haven't really challenged it so I can't tell for sure.

We have not had this heater too long, winter is not upon us yet. But we have used it on cold mornings in a solarium, and it does warm the room up in about an hour. It has a quick heat setting, which is effective, but does add a heavy load on the electric supply. The heater came highly recommended, and did get a top review in Consumer Reports, which certainly influenced our decision to purchase this heater. We would also
recommend this product.
