I have been purchasing all three filters for my IQ-Air Health Pro Plus from Sylvane for approximately seven years. After experiencing another company at first, not knowing about the great products, customer service, shipping speed, price and discounts, and overall quality of service of Sylvane there is not much more to say. Sylvane is a number one top notch reputable company that stands behind the products they sell.
Not only have I been purchasing the filters form Sylvane for so many years, and plan to continue to keep buying them from Sylvane, but I also purchased my IQ-Air Health Pro Plus system from them, at the best price and received the system in two days perfectly boxed with no damage, such as every time I have received other products from them such as filters. All products not only come in the original manufacturers box, but Sylvane places them in another box for shipping which makes the item being shipped more secure against any possible damage. Never have I received a Damaged product and/or have had any problems in having any concerns answered by their friendly knowledgable staff which are always available.
The products that Sylvane sells are original from the manufacturer. That products that Sylvane sells are sealed from the manufacturer. The products that Sylvane sells are just quality products. Quality! Do not make the mistake of going with another company other than Sylvane, even if you were to find the product you are looking for at a lesser price, which you will not. You can not go wrong with this company. Great products, fast shipping, fantastic customer service, at a reasonable price. If I had to do it all over again, I would have not contacted the first company I ordered from to order my fist filter, which was an experience I would not wish on any one.

Even though the Health-pro approximates when you need to change the filters, I could tell the difference when the old one wasn't quite preforming as needed. Sylvane delivers very quickly so I'm back to peak performance of the unit in no time.
