Convenient indicator lights on the control panel illuminate to show the Soleus dehumidifier’s humidity level and help you toggle between quiet, medium, and high power levels. There is also a full tank indicator that illuminates when the CFM-40E’s water tank reaches its capacity. The front-mounted water tank is easy to remove and dispose of collected moisture. A water level window helps you stay on top of your drainage needs.

Safe Operation

To ensure that your Soleus Air dehumidifier operates not only effectively but also safely, engineers included several safety features. When the water tank is full, the dehumidifier automatically shuts off to prevent harmful water overflow. Dehumidification will not resume until the water tank is emptied and properly repositioned. As an extra layer of overflow protection, the CFM-40E also includes a magnetic float to monitor water levels. Unlike dehumidifiers that use mechanical floats, this Soleus 40-pint dehumidifier uses a magnetic float that won’t become clogged with mineral deposits that can lead to inaccurate water level readings and potential overflows.
