Product Overview

The DP1-30E-03 dehumidifier from Soleus Air will help keep small spaces dry and comfortable. Remove up to 30 pints of water out of the air per day (at saturation) with this easy-to-use dehumidifier.

Humidity Control

The Soleus DP1-30E-03 will maintain a selectable humidity level anywhere from 35% to 80% humidity and will cycle on and off to maintain the humidity level chosen. For continuous operation, push the "+" button on the digital display until the letters "CO" are displayed.

Automatic Gravity Drainage

The dehumidifier is equipped with a continuous drainage port that enables automatic gravity drainage. To use, thread a standard garden hose (not supplied) onto the port and position the hose downhill so that water can drain out using the force of gravity.

Protection From Water Overflow

The dehumidifier features a 9.5-pint water collection tank with a tank control system that prevents overflow. When the tank reaches capacity, a "Tank Full" indicator light will activate, and the unit will turn off automatically. Only after the tank is emptied manually can normal operation resume.

We bought two dehumidifiers from walmart both stopped work after two months so after reading some of the reviews decided to give Soleus a try. Within 24hr of turning it on our basement was no longer damp feeling and that musty smell was gone. We run it for four hour everyday to maintain it. We have had this model for about two months and can't complain

Does the job

I purchased this dehumidifier for my 32 foot 5th wheel trailer that sits all winter long. I have had to do repairs on the cupboard doors in the past due to moisture damage. So far, it seems to be staying dry inside the trailer and I am emptying water out every few days. If it continues to perform as it has these past few weeks, (since purchase) I will be happy.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PRODUCT! IT RUNS VERY QUIET, THE FAN ONLY RUNS WHEN NECESSARY. THE ONLY CON THAT I HAVE IS THE FULL LIGHT IS DIFFICULT TO SEE FROM A DISTANCE IN A DARK ROOM, YOU HAVE TO BE UP CLOSE TO SEE IT GLOW.

removes moisture

this product is easy to use and does the job it's supposed to by sucking the moisture out of the air. I actually bought two of the same products and Sylvane had the cheapest price. Irene left a bit of moisture in my bottom floor and presto...gone!!!

I have only had the product for about 2 weeks, but the set up was easy and it is running well. My cellar is definitely dryer and that was something I needed. I had looked at reviews for this product and they were good so I took everyone's recommendations and so far it has paid off. I had looked at what the big home stores had to offer and they didn't offer this brand. The brands they carried all had bad reviews. Yea, I'm glad I got this one.

I bought this little dehumidifier for a vacation home basement. It really pulls the water out for such a light weight unit. The feature most important to me is the auto-restart after a power failure. All in all, a great purchase.

A horrible mistake

I own a Soleus 25 pt. dehumidifier which I love so, at sale price I got a 30 pt. one.The instructions say "clean the dehumidifier." How can you clean it without cleaning the bucket? The bucket has a lid. Soleus said you can't take off the lid! With great ingenuity, I took off the lid only to find the bucket full of black mold. Moreover, you can't clean it out! Three days later, after bleach, vinegar, soap and water, toothbrushes, Q-tips, rags, etc., there were still remains of black mold in the nooks and crannies of the byzantine interior. Trying to get the lid back on again is another challenge. I sent the unit back and will purchase another 25 pt. unit (which, by the way collects more moisture than the 30 pt. one, before it turns off). Don't, under any circumstances purchase this unit! Sorry, Soleus, I trusted you!
