The Soleus Air HM-360 360° Micathermic Heater— also known as the Soleus HM5-15-32 heater— uses new micathermic heating technology to heat a room evenly and consistently. This technology combines radiant (reflective) heat and convection heat processes to produce a natural-feeling heat that mimics the warmth of sunlight. As a benefit to allergy-sufferers and asthmatics, the portable heater is fanless. This means that it will not re-circulate dust particles and other airborne allergens throughout the air, which can aggravate symptoms.

Featuring round construction and 360 degrees of heating surfaces, the Soleus Air International HM-360/HM5-15-32 portable space heater optimally heats a 150-square-foot area with ease. Round-the-unit heating surfaces effectively warm a room from corner to corner instead of warming only the area in front of the heater. For true automatic operation, the unit’s adjustable internal thermostat can be programmed to cycle on and off in order to maintain your desired room temperature. Additionally, a 12-hour automatic shut-off timer will turn the heater off at specified time, allowing it to function in true “set it and forget it” fashion.

This Soleus heater features 3 power settings and 2 heat settings to suit a variety of heating preferences. Included in these settings is an economic, energy-saving mode (ECO) that directs the unit to consume one-third less power once the thermostat has reached a specified temperature. Not only does this help you save energy, but it can also help reduce the balance of your monthly power bill.

For safe operation, the electric space heater includes an overheat protection function, which automatically shuts the unit down when its internal components reach an unsafe temperature. In addition, an internal tip-over protection switch suspends operation if the heater is tipped over. The unit resets once it has been restored to an upright position.
