Works very well centigrade took a few minutes to figure out on thermostat I will probably get another one this spring to help with cooling since my large central h/ac died and I put this one in the bedroom and it takes a couple of hours to heat the den on the other side of the house

Great unit! Great service! Arrived exactly when expected. This is a heavy duty unit and its doing the job well in these cold winter months. A/C works well too, but that will need to wait a few months to be truly exercised.

I purchased the Soleus Air KC-35HA Heater/air conditioner online from Sylvane, and it arrived at my home, from across the country, in less than a week. I checked to see when Sylvane charged my PayPal and was surprised that the charges were made 2 days after the unit was shipped (unlike some others/crooks that state "we'll give you a shipping update, after we receive the money from Paypal".

The unit was well packaged in a double box and is meeting all my expectations with it's performance; small, light unit and very efficient! BEST "FOR THE MONEY" DEAL ON A HEAT PUMP/ROOM AIR CONDITIONER,TO MY KNOWLEDGE PURCHASED FROM A REAL PROFESSIONAL WEB STORE!
