Product Overview

12000 BTU air conditioner and heater. Can also operate in standalone dehumidifier or fan-only mode. The heat and AC functions of this unit are useful for operation throughout the year (winter and summer). Good for rooms up to 400 square feet in size or less, depending on conditions. Heating is provided by heat pump technology.

Self-Evaporating Technology - during the cooling process, water is removed from the air into the unit.. Most of this water is then recycled and used to cool the compressor and make the unit run more efficiently, improving cooling as well as saving energy. This process either eliminates or reduces the need to manually empty water from the collection tray (depending on the level of humidity in your environment).

• 3 Fan Speeds with Oscillation - Auto swing louvers provide for even distribution of cooling / heating.
• Adjustable Thermostat for precise control of temperature (61 - 88 F).
• Remote Control - Convenient operation from anywhere in the room
• Easy Installation - Simple steps required to install window kit venting system, which prevents air from recirculating back into the room from the outside.
• 3 brackets included. Each bracket is 28 1/4" long and 4" wide. Brackets can be combined for longer openings.

Window and/or door kits are included to provide you with simple installation. These exhaust hoses are used to blow hot and/or humid area out of the unit, depending on the specific model.
