14000 BTU dual hose portable air conditioner and heat pump unit. High-powered AC unit can handle rooms up to 400 square feet in size. However, please call for an expert consultation on your particular environment and cooling needs. Operates with standard household outlets (115 volt / 60 hz). One of the most powerful units in the line - and one of the most powerful portable air conditioners on the market today. This unit is excellent all year round - for cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. Multi-function : standalone air conditioner, heater, dehumidifier, or fan-only. Self-Evaporating Technology - during cooling water is extracted from the air into the AC unit. Most of this water is then recycled and used to cool the compressor and make it run more efficiently, improving cooling as well as saving energy. This process either eliminates or reduces the need to manually empty water from the collection tray (depending on the level of humidity in your environment). This unit can be used with both air hoses (improved efficiency) or with only one hot air exhaust hose. |
