Product Overview

This portable air conditioner by Soleus Air does it all -- cool, heat, clean, or dry your air for complete comfort in any season. 12,000 BTUs of cooling keeps you cool and comfortable, while heat pump technology provides 12,500 BTUs of heating as well. Multiple features add to the convenience and ease of operation.

Self-Evaporating Technology - During the cooling process, water is removed from the air into the unit. Most of this water is then recycled and used to cool the compressor and make the unit run more efficiently, improving cooling as well as saving energy. This process either eliminates or reduces the need to manually empty water from the collection tray (depending on the level of humidity in your environment).

HEPA Air Purifier - During certain times, like peak allergy season, you may choose to operate this air conditioner as a HEPA quality air purifier. To use the air purifier function, you simply open the back of the machine and insert the HEPA filter (included) into the filter holder and select "Air Purifier" on the unit controls. This filter will remove 99.97% of the pollen, dust, dander, and anything else that is floating around in the air you breathe. While the HEPA filter is installed and the air purifier function is selected, the other unit functions will not operate. To use the A/C, heater, fan, or dehumidifier, just remove the HEPA filter in the holder and place it in the storage compartment located in the front of the unit.
