Used this in my college dorm room and it works like a charm. Comes with a remote and it kept the room very cool. There is fan settings and AC settings. We have had our for a year and it works great. Cools down our 800 Sq.Ft. Living room on 1. In winter we just wheel it into the closet. Honestly the best money I spent.
