In such conditions, this portable cooler is equipped with a fan mode. During fan-only operation, the Soleus Air KY2-100 properly ventilates your indoor environment. With two speed settings, fan mode eliminates room stuffiness while maintaining efficient operation.

Cool: The Soleus KY2-100 portable air conditioner provides a cooling power of 10,000 BTUs in cooling mode. Every minute, this portable AC pulls in hot air and discharges the air outside through the exhaust hose. As heat is exhausted outside, the portable cooler releases fresh, cool air and maintains your ideal room temperature around the clock.

Dehumidifier: Excess humidity in your indoor environment can hinder the cooling process and make your air conditioning system work harder. Many homeowners use a separate unit to remove excess moisture, but this Soleus portable air conditioner is equipped with dehumidification capabilities for optimal comfort and energy-efficiency. The portable AC extracts 48 pints of water per day as it cools your space.

Multiple Drainage Options

The Soleus Air KY2-100 Portable Air Conditioner is equipped with an emergency condensate tank that collects excess moisture that did not evaporate from the unit. A beneficial feature in severely humid environments, the emergency tank holds up to 1.5 liters of water. When water tank reaches full capacity, the bucket full indicator will illuminate and the portable AC will automatically shut down to preserve the life of the unit.
