The Soleus Air LX-130 13,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner with Heat Pump is designed to be used year round for complete air comfort. This multi-season unit takes the place of several appliances, saving space and energy. Designed to efficiently cool, dehumidify, or heat any space without permanent installation. The AC package includes everyone you need to set up exhaust venting through a window. Heavy-duty casters allow the unit to be easily rolled almost anywhere. The Soleus Air LX-130 also has many features such as Electronic Controls with LED Display, temperature display, separate dehumidification function, auto timer, auto restart, LCD remote control, oscillating vent to quickly move air throughout room.

Multi-Season Portable Air Conditioner

Many portable air conditioners can dehumidify your area while cooling it. However, the Soleus Air LX-130 can do much more than just that! This portable air conditioner can actually keep your environment comfortable regardless of the season. The LX-130 air conditioner comes with the following effective modes of operation:

Air Conditioner Mode: Cools up to 450 square feet with 13,000 BTUs of cooling power.
Heater Mode: Keeps your environment warm with the built in heat pump that is both strong and energy efficient.
Dehumidifier Mode: The air conditioning process naturally dehumidifies the surrounding environment while cooling it. However, this Soleus Air portable air conditioner has a separate dehumidifying mode that can be used when the air doesn’t necessarily need cooling, just moisture removal instead. This unit can remove up to 60 pints / day.
Fan Only Mode: Perfect when you just need a little breeze to make the air more comfortable.
Auto Mode: During Auto mode, the unit operates in Dehumidifier mode when the room temperature is between 68° F to 80° F. And Air Conditioner mode when the room temperature is above 80° F. Heating Mode when the room temperature is below 68° F .

What is the difference between the Soleus Air LX-130 and the Soleus Air KY2-34?

These models are similar, but the LX-130 is slightly more powerful and can cover up to 450 square feet (as opposed to 400 square feet). The LX-130 also offers single- or dual-hose ventilation options.
