Moisture Control: The Soleus Air 12,000 BTU AC provides cool, dry air by removing up to 81.6 pints of excess moisture per day while in cooling mode.
24-Hour Timer: Using this feature, you can program the thru-wall air conditioner to start up or power down in 30-minute intervals for up to 24 hours.
Auto Restart: In the event of a power failure, the Soleus SG-TTW-12ESEZ Through-the-Wall AC will automatically restart and resume operation in the last programmed settings once power is restored.
Adjustable Airflow: The adjustable air grille can be vertically configured to discharge air up and down. You also can manually adjust the louvers horizontally to oscillate from left to right.
Washable Air Filter: The reusable air filter saves you money and ensures efficiency. Clean the air filter once a month to remove collected dust particles.

Fan: With three speeds – low, medium, and high – the Fan mode circulates air to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. You can select your speed preference or use the auto fan option that automatically adjusts the fan speed according to your current room temperature.
Energy Saver: Energy Saver mode maintains a reasonable room temperature while you’re at work or out of town because it automatically stops the fan and compressor when your optimal temperature is reached, which also lowers your energy consumption.

Easy Thru-Wall Installation

Designed for wall-mount installation, this Soleus through-the-wall air conditioner is ideal for rooms that lack window space. If you have an existing thru-wall sleeve, the Soleus Air 12,000-BTU Through-the-Wall Air Conditioner can be used as a replacement through-the-wall air conditioner as it is compatible with a variety of brands. New installation require the Soleus Air Universal Through-the-Wall Sleeve (sold separately) for proper installation.
