The Southern Enterprises (SEI) Mayfair Electric Fireplace brings ample heat as well as the classic allure of a fireplace to any room. Yet, there is no need for a time-consuming installation or expensive contractors because the Mayfair fireplace simply plugs into any standard wall outlet to produce heat.

Blending Style with Functionality

Southern Enterprises electric fireplaces are more than just a centerpiece for your room. Available in three finishes —mahogany, plantation oak, and antique white—the Mayfair fireplace mantel effortlessly heats up to 1,500 cubic feet in only 24 minutes. The heater’s control panel is conveniently hidden behind front grille panel. Using the controls on the left-hand side, you can control the electric fireplace’s thermostat. The pushbutton turns the heater on or off, and the dial adjusts the amount of heat being delivered to your room using three settings: low, medium, and high.

Additionally, you can set your thermostat to the perfect temperature, and the heater will maintain it automatically. To use this feature, simply adjust the thermostat to your desired temperature. Once it has been reached, lower the dial until the unit turns off. The heater will then cycle on and off to maintain this temperature.

The controls used to activate the realistic flame are located on the right-hand side of the control panel. Operating similarly to the thermostat controls, the pushbutton activates the flame, while the dial adjusts it to the perfect flame for your mood. Since the fireplace uses long-life LED lights to produce the flame effect, you never have to worry about the flame going out!

Crafted with traditional appeal and styled with rounded corners, a decorative appliqué, and beautiful half-round trim work, these fireplaces also come with a remote control for even more relaxation and comfort.
