Dual Mist Feature
Just as seasons change, so do your needs from your humidifier. The SU-4010 was designed to deliver a warm or cool mist to maximize your comfort level. The ultrasonic generator creates vibrations to break apart water molecules, distributing a fine mist throughout your room. For added convenience, this humidifier also includes the following:
- Easy-to-Use Controls: The control on the left allows you to set the desired amount of humidity. The control on the right indicates whether the mist will be warm or cool.
- 360° Split Nozzles: This feature allows you to direct the mist more effectively and ensures that your entire space is fully humidified—up to 500 square feet.
- 4.0-Liter Water Tank Capacity: This allows the humidifier to produce a warm mist for up to 10 hours or a cool mist for up to 12 hours.

The unit is great for small areas. The multi-directional nozzle is very handy. The tank constantly needs to be re-filled.
A more robust unit with a larger water tank would be an excellent addition to the product line.
A top fill water tank would allow a person to use a gallon jug container to make several fillings without having to carry a heavy tank with water.

Unfortunately, the humidifier leaves a film on my mirrors, furniture and hanging pictures. Wipes away easily, but doesn't look good.

The humidifier is fast and quiet while producing humidity but one hears gurgling sounds as it uses the water from the reservoir. This was expected but louder than hoped. The room could use more humidity but I knew this unit was not made for this size room. A larger reservoir would be better as this unit works only for one night and it is a little clumsy to fill. It does leave a white powdery substance on the furniture behind where the humidifier is placed. Not sure what that is or if it will harm the wooden furniture.

Ordered upon recommendation of Consumer Reports. Everything was as expected. Operation easy and filling is okay. Fits under sink except to the very top. Like the option of cold or warm mist. Only drawback is that it empty's through the night and needs filling daily. Company provided excellent and prompt service!

I love this humidifier. My apartment was extremely dry and this has solved my sleeping problems. It is quiet and the duel mist feature easily solves problems for directing mist in the room.
