This unit features a built-in water tank and pump - to pump out condensed water (up to 10ft. vertical lift), reducing the hassle of constantly emptying a tank. Cools an area up to 400 square feet depending on your conditions - please call for a consultation.

Designed to provide quiet and efficient cooling without permanent installation. Casters provide ease of mobility.

Separate independent dehumidifier function allows user to remove moisture from the room without turning on the AC unit. Comes with built-in digital thermostat and remote.

Note: Exhaust hose installation required (all standard accessories included).
