Powerful 12000 BTU air conditioner and heater unit at an attractive price point. The 1220 series of SPT air conditioners provide value-oriented cooling and heating up to 400 square feet depending on individual conditions. Please call for a consultation.

Self-Evaporating Technology - during the cooling process water is extracted from the air into the unit. Most of this water is then recycled and used to cool the cooling coils and make it run more efficiently, improving cooling as well as saving energy. This process either eliminates or reduces the need to manually empty water from the collection tray (depending on the level of humidity in your environment).

Note: Exhaust hose installation required (all standard accessories included).
