Built with higher quality components than the 1220 series, the 1230 series can be expected to last longer and run more efficiently. This unit outputs 12000 BTU of cooling or heating power which is sufficient to cool or heat rooms up to 400 square feet depending on individual conditions. Self-Evaporating Technology - during the cooling process, water is extracted from the air into the unit. Most
of this water is then recycled and used to cool the cooling coils and
make it run more efficiently, improving cooling as well as saving energy.
This process either eliminates or reduces the need to manually empty
water from the collection tray (depending on the level of humidity in
your environment).
Note: Exhaust hose installation required (all standard accessories included).
