Four-in-one function capability makes this unit extremely versatile. Functioning as a portable air conditioner, this 13,000 BTU unit can effectively cool an area of up to 420 square feet. Dual exhaust hoses (one for intake, one for exhaust) provide quick cooling and great ventilation. While in heating mode, this unit adds 4,100 BTU of heat wherever you need it. Dehumidifying gives added comfort during hot summer months.

This unit is also designed to be very easy-to-use. Self-evaporating technology creates a type of water-recycling within the unit. Water that is naturally created during cooling is utilized to cool the cooling coils and then is pushed out through the exhaust air. Virtually no draining required. For extremely humid periods, excess water is collected in a tank and monitored by the system. The system will automatically shut-off when the tank is full until it is emptied. A digital thermostat and 24-hour programmable timer also add to the easy operation.
