Dual hose unit with 12000 BTU of cooling power. This unit is appropriate for room sizes of 400 square feet or less depending on room conditions. Tankless system allows for condensate water to be self-evaporated which translates into a reduced need to manually empty water from the air conditioner. In dry conditions, water will not need to be emptied at all. In humid conditions water may need to be emptied occasionally via the ac unit's drain plug.
This air conditioner also has three levels of air filtration (pre-filter, main filter, and charcoal odor and gas filter). LCD remote control and 12 hour on/off timer provides for easy operation.

Note: All portable air conditioners have an air exhaust hose that will need to be vented out of a door, window, wall, or into a ceiling area. Window and/or door kits are included to provide you with simple installation. These exhaust hoses are used to blow hot and/or humid area out of the unit.

I had to return a "Top of the Line" LG portable air conditioner after only 3-weeks of use due to compressor failure. Needless to say, I was very disappointed because I believed LG was a well made product. Well after the return I did extensive online research and came across a name for portable AC I had never heard - TOYOTOMI - a Japanese company and one of the first to make portable ACs. I decided to take a chance and give this unknown a try.
After 4-months this babe has been doing a great job cooling over 400 sq ft and still have not had to drain the system. It has the dual hose system which seem superior to the single in cooling ability and over-all comfort. I do highly recommend the Toyo and would certainly buy this brand again.
Sylvane service, price, shipment time were excellent - I recommend them too!
