I used this kit to test a bedroom, having little idea what to expect or how to take a sample. The kit was just like a clear plastic band-aid. The technician of the product was so kind to have called us for more details. The report in email was fast, but its language was a little too technical for us, but overall it helped us in ruling out some environmental factors, such as insects or molds.

Product was easy to use. However, the analysis results were difficult to interpret. They showed actual readings, but did not explain if the readings were good or bad. This is ok for scientist, but is a problem for the layman who wants to know if remedial action is needed to fix a problem.
