Hi! Couple weeks ago we decided to buy new air conditioner for our home. I spent more than four days to find exactly what i wanted to have. And i found Amcor 14000 EH, i was surprised when i saw that it was more than just a air conditioner. I have al least 3 in 1 - air conditioner, heater, dehumidifier. I like it very much. I had no problem with installation, it was simply. So i would recommended to buy this Amcor 14000 EH. If don't like you can get your money back in one month!

I researched portable air conditioners for a while for use in my basement before I found the Amcor PLM14000-EH Plasma Series Portable Air Conditioner and Heater on Sylvane.com. After studying the manual (readily available on the site), I was convinced that this was the unit for me. I primarily wanted the unit for air conditioning but it is an "all in one" unit including air cond., heating, dehumitifying or just fan. The unit is by no means quiet but it's not near as loud as some of the window units I have had experience with. I have been using the unit for the past few weeks and it cools extremely quickly. I loved that it plugs into a regular household electrical outlet. It was simple to set up and install the exhaust vent in the window. This unit includes nanomist technology for disposing of the water collected and so far I have not had to empty any water. I am impressed by it's performance! I would recommend this Amcor unit to anyone wanting to cool or heat with a completely portable but powerful unit. As far as working with sylvane.com... I have had exemplary service from this site. I placed my order, received a discount and free shipping. I found this site had the best price available on the net. I immediately received a confirmation of my order with an expected ship date followed by a tracking number for the shipment. I received the package right on time. I just received my Amcor PLM14000-EH a few days, great machine. It has a beautiful silver and black color design with great LCD screen. I use it as a night light features. Definitely loving it. The fan noise is very low noise, very comfortable for my new born.

At first it was very loud, I was going to return it. After going through the manual, it said that the floor must be leveled. I know that my floor was not leveled, but still did not believe what the manual say. I decided to test it out. I brought it down to my basement and test it. GREAT! The noisy is gone; very low pretty much the same noisy level as my dehumidifier. I use this to cool my 2 and half bed room with the help a fan.

The bottom line is, don’t listen to what I said here, and try it out for yourself. Experience it yourself. It’s a great machine. I have not try the heating unit yet, since this is a very hot Summer.
