This is the second one we bought in the last three years, the first for the main house crawl space and the new one for the poolhouse. Clearly, the second purchase was because we are happy with the performance of the first. The automatic pumpout feature is a huge benefit! We snake the long tubing to the drain in one instance and a large bucket in the second, and don't worry much. The design is rugged and the controls reliable with a variety of features if you want to restrict running conditions. The wheels are a good thing to have as well. We have researched the competition, and the price to value is more than fair. As we recall, pricing has been steady in the last couple of years. To us, the pumpout feature alone is worth $100 in the product, having tried to jury rig this in grandma's house. In summary, we heartily endorse this model.
