We just bought this machine and so far it has out performed all our previous vacuums. After having our rugs and furniture professionally cleaned I asked the cleaner what he recommended but all he said was to buy one with a beater bar. We had a top of the line Kenmore but the parts after many years of service were beginning to break down and we didn't want to spend as much.

To our happy surprise, the new machine picked up all the hair from our cat and dog then went on to take out two containers full of dirt from our just cleaned wool persian carpet. WOW!!! The only complaint is the noisy, high pitched motor but I'll put up with that for the super job it did. It's great not having to buy bags too. Thank you to Eureka!!!
