I received your Ladybug 2300 machine about 2 weeks ago. I have to tell you, so far, I love this machine. It cleans so well and there are no lingering smells. My biggest issue was all the chemical smells left behind from cleaning. Now I don't have any of that and you can just tell, my home is clean. Thanks!

My husband went online to try and find a more natural solution to our problem with fleas. We have two cats, so a problem with fleas can grow quickly. Just using a vacuum and the drops from the vet weren't enough. We found a solution on your website when we found the Ladybug XLT2300 Vapor Steam Cleaner.

I was so happy at how quickly the product arrived, and it came in a plain white box for added security. Our experience with customer service also made us feel that our purchase was made in a safe and secure manner. When the Ladybug arrived, my husband watched the short dvd and read over the enclosed instructions. In just one use, he was a pro and using it as if it had been a part of our home for years.

The Ladybug is easy to use and really doesn't use much water at all. My husband was elated over how quickly he was able to steam all the floors in our house. The four words that he told me over and over were," I love this thing." So far, in just two days of vaccuuming and steaming, we are seeing a definite improvement. Now thanks to the Ladybug, we feel as though we finally have the upper hand with our flea problem. My husband is already telling me about some of the attachments that are available. I have terrible allergies, and a natural solution such as this, was the only thing I would consider.

It has definitely made a difference, and the air smells fresh and clean when you're done. One of the biggest signs that the steam cleaner is now a member of our house was when my cat crawled on me during the night and slept there until morning, something he has not done recently.
