Not Energy Star, so it doesn't shut completely off when the temp reaches the one you want...the fan will still be running. Other than that (and I knew that going in), it's great. The room (smaller than it should be for the BTUs, but...) is well taken care of.

I bought two. One of them doesn't work properly (so why 4 stars?)...it doesn't shut off...ever...unless I unplug it. The Off position is inoperative. But 4 stars because even when broken it works well.

Not crazy about the warranty policy, though...they want to get the whole unit back and replace it. Not worth the expense, as far as I'm concerned, since it's only a little "broken". All it needs is a new controller board, which I could put in myself if I can get one.

(The support folks at Soleus are very nice and helpful, but they can only do what the company policy says they can do.)
