I was shocked the item came within TWO days of ordering it! I received immediate email confirmation that my order was placed and another email shortly thereafter reporting that the product had been shipped. The item arrived in a large brown box which protected the original box inside. Everything arrived in excellent condition, sealed, and all parts wrapped neatly in plastic with foam padding inside to protect. Window installation was very easy and it fits perfectly in all the windows throughout my home (adjustable slider). I can place it in all my windows, even with the screens still in place. The unit cools our large TV room extremely well, even with high ceilings, and the fan power is very strong on high, all while being shockingly quiet! There is the option for low fan speed as well, which runs effectively at a lighter speed. Don't be alarmed when the air conditioning light doesn't turn on immediately. The manual states that it takes 3 minutes before the cooling element will start (this protects the compressor inside). Once it kicks in after 3 minutes, crisp cold air blows out consistently and reliably for as long as I want! It has the option to blow continuously or to shut off automatically if you want after setting it to your choice between 1-8 hours time. It is very easy to transport the unit room to room because it has rolling wheels on the bottom that makes it convenient to move. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a superior unit to cool 1 room on hot days! This unit has an excellent warranty and is very sturdy with high quality components and very simple installation.
