This has helped my continual sinus condition 100%. I highly recommend it for its accuracy and easy handling. However, you must (and this is not a complaint) keep it clean and follow the directions for a healthy atmosphere.

Vornado whole room ultrasonic humidifier:
This is the second Vornado ultrasonic humidifier I have purchased this winter and they the best humidifier I have found! It is very to use, adjust humidity levels, air flow and clean. We had been buying cheap humidifiers from our local drug store (CVS or Walgreens) and replacing them every year or two because of poor performance and cheap materials. What a huge difference, the Vornado is made to last for many years and looks much better than most. I really like the large water capacity for fewer refills. I operate mine only at night so 1 fill will last for at least two or three nights. I also like the built in fan, it's very similar to a desktop vornado fan I have that we use in the bedroom on summer nights. The fan offers very good air flow and near silent operation. I don't use the warm mist option so I can't give any advice on that option.

Another very important feature for me is the water mineral filter. I use well water so there is a very high concentration of minerals in our water, probably the cause of failure on many of the cheap humidifiers I have used. This unit has a built in filter that removes the mineral that cause the white dust that forms on and around a humidifier.

Overall I would highly recommend this product. It is without question the best in room humidifier I have ever used.
