The Vicks HealthCheck Monitor helps maintain a healthy breathing environment by letting you know when you need to increase or decrease the humidity level in your home. Proper humidity helps people breathe better, sleep better, improves the complexion and helps relieve cold and flu symptoms. Temperature readings can be switched between Celsius and Fahrenheit and relative humidity readings allow you to find the optimal humidity for comfort. The V70 is a perfect complement for humidifiers, allowing you to properly manage the humidity level in your environment.
