This technology helps produce cool air and automatically exhausts condensate collected in most environments.

An alarm is located on the digital display to indicate when the washable air filter needs to be cleaned, ensuring your portable AC always runs efficiently. A 5 degree F temperature cushion saves energy and prolongs the life of your air conditioner. This portable AC runs on fan-only mode if you set the temperature within 5 degrees F of the ambient temperature.

Endless Features

A Sleep mode feature maintains a set temperature while in cooling mode, and then the temperature is gradually increased by 1 degree per hour, decreasing the noise level and conserving energy while you sleep. The air conditioner runs at the optimum comfort temperature when you select the Automatic mode. Depending on the ambient temperature, the unit automatically selects the cool or fan-only mode, with fan speeds varying with the temperature.

The Whynter ARC-13PG portable AC features a Turbo mode, which runs the air conditioner at its lowest temperature (61 degrees F) on high fan speed to quickly cool any area. If there is too much moisture in your space, simply turn the unit to Dehumidify-Only mode. You can delay turning the unit on or off with the timer function, which allows you to set your portable AC at a certain temperature and have it turn on (or off) anywhere from 1-12 hours in advance. Its auto restart function automatically restarts the AC at the previously set mode after a power outage.

With 13,000 BTUs of power, the Whynter Green ARC-13PG cools large spaces such as bedrooms, computer rooms, classrooms, and garages. Hot air must be exhausted out of the room in order for the unit to work properly, so the AC comes with a window kit and a 5-foot exhaust hose that connects through a window or wall hole.
