The Whynter HAC-100S is not only an air cooler, but it also functions as an air purifier, humidifier, heater, and fan for year round use. It incorporates a sophisticated humidifier system that provides a controlled cool mist of healthy, natural humidification. When set to Warm Mode, the HAC-100S blows warm air and humidity simultaneously. The internal air purifying system activates the carbon filter to first capture particulates and proceeds to use water to filter dust, pollen, pollutants and trap them in the honeycomb filter and wash them away. Compared to a conventional evaporative air cooler, the advanced honeycomb water filter system provides increased water circulation and surface area thus cooling more efficiently and effectively.
