Convenient Drainage Options

Draining a Winix dehumidifier is a breeze thanks to the three convenient drainage options available. Winix dehumidifiers can be drained manually by removing the condensate collection bucket, emptying, and replacing. These units can also be drained via gravity by attaching a garden hose to the no-leak drain connector and directing the hose to drain into a nearby drain or even to your garden. As a third option, Winix dehumidifier models can be drained using the built-in condensate pump. The pump can lift collected water 15 feet vertically if necessary to drain condensate through a window, an outside drain, or a separate water container.
