A gas line is included for hooking up propane, and a conversion kit is included to connect to a natural gas line. It suits a small deck or balcony-sized patio where a full dining-height fire table would feel crowded. Its low profile suits lounge-style seating groups, where people sit close to the table.

The table weighs 61 pounds, so plan its location before you assemble it. If you plan to use the natural gas kit, pick a location near your gas supply first.

Sylvane's Expert Take

If you want a gas fire feature for a compact patio and don't want a propane tank on show, the Providence is a good fit. It works best as the centerpiece of a lounge seating group, where the low height and 55,000 BTU burner warm the people closest to it.

The access door in the base is where the tank sits, so leave room to open it. It's set up for propane, and the included natural gas kit covers a switch if you later route gas to your patio. You get American-made construction and a fire that stays the focus of your patio.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0630/7135/4966/files/outdoor-greatroom-stainless-steel-providence-fire-table-main.png?v=1792032846
