With a high-efficiency core that recovers up to 88% of the heat, the Broan High Efficiency 250 CFM Floor Mounted Heat Recovery Ventilator. With an airflow range of 50 - 250 CFM, it's the perfect solution for mid to large-sized home sizes.
Homeshield™ Defrost System
Designed to protect the Broan High-Efficiency HRV, the Homeshield™ Defrost System is a specialized defrosting method. When outside temperatures are 23 degrees Fahrenheit or below, this unit will automatically defrost. Since air is recirculated into the house, no negative pressure is created and back draft is prevented.
