Meg
President
This is Meg! Meg graduated from Georgia Tech's Scheller College of Business and kickstarted her career as a marketing research analyst, honing her expertise in consumer behavior. After a family career break, Meg transitioned her skills to the eCommerce sector, becoming an integral part of Sylvane's leadership team for nearly two decades. She spent the first 11 years growing Sylvane’s merchandising department before settling into her current role as president in 2017.
Outside of work, Meg embraces her Pittsburgh roots and is an enthusiastic sports fan, particularly for her beloved Steelers. She also enjoys staying active by taking walks with her adorable lab, Lucy, and spending quality time on the golf course with her husband and three boys.

Meet January, our stellar Vice President of Merchandising. She received her degree from the University of Mississippi's School of Business, then began her career in retail, where she honed her skills in spotting trends and meeting customer demands. With over 15 years of experience in merchandising, January is the go-to expert for curating the best products to meet our customer's needs and driving sales.
When she's not crushing it at work, you can find January exploring new destinations, hitting the hiking trails, or enjoying live music. Her leadership and sharp eye make her an invaluable asset to our team, ensuring our products and content are always on point.

Marketing
Meet Alex, the Marketing Director at Sylvane. Since 2019, he has been the driving force behind promoting all of the awesome air quality products and solutions that Sylvane offers. With a Marketing degree from LSU and experience in digital marketing dating back to 2015, Alex is the go-to guru for PPC, SEO, Email, and the Affiliate channels at Sylvane.
Alex knows firsthand the struggle of surviving Atlanta's brutal allergy season, so he really understands the importance of a top-notch air purifier. When he's not busy at Sylvane, you'll find Alex at concerts, hiking, or cheering on his beloved LSU. Geaux Tigers!

Technology
Colby is the IT Director at Sylvane, bringing over a decade of experience and a deep passion for technology. He joined Sylvane as a Junior Software Developer in 2010 and quickly rose to the position of IT Manager. With a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, his strong academic foundation complements his expertise in PHP, Database Design, eCommerce, and Frontend Web Applications. Colby's skills have enhanced Sylvane's online retail experience and customer interactions.
Outside of work, Colby enjoys quality time with his wife and two children. He is also a drummer in an alternative rock band and has a collection of rare pets and plants. Colby's journey at Sylvane showcases his commitment, adaptability, and growth. As the IT Director, he leads technological advancements and future endeavors, driven by his passion for innovation and excellence.

Operations
Angela, the Director of Operations at Sylvane, known for her unparalleled knowledge of operations management. Since 2016, she has played a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success. Angela's journey began with a math degree from the University of Illinois, followed by valuable experience at major direct marketing companies, where she gained industry insights. With over 22 years of expertise in running call centers and warehouses, she is a seasoned professional in operational strategies and best practices.
Outside of work, Angela finds solace in hiking the North Georgia Mountains and expresses her creativity through playing the piano. Her leadership, industry experience, and strategic mindset make her an invaluable asset to Sylvane. Angela's operational prowess has been instrumental in fueling the company's growth and accomplishments.
