Allergy triggers differ from home to home, so this purifier lets you pick the filter stage that matches your triggers. Each model shares the rest of the system and swaps in one specialty filter.

Particle and odor sensors check your air all the time, and in Auto or Pollen mode the purifier changes fan speed by itself. When your room goes dark, a light sensor switches it to Sleep mode after 3 minutes. That turns off the indicator lights so they don't disturb your rest.

Key Features and Benefits of the Rabbit Air MinusA2 HEPA Air Purifier

  • BioGS HEPA Filter: The BioGS true HEPA stage captures 99.97 percent of particles as small as 0.3 microns, trapping the allergens behind sneezing and asthma flare-ups.
  • 6-Stage Filtration: The 6 stages run from a washable pre-filter to a negative ion generator you can switch off, trapping dust and dander along with VOCs.
  • Large-Room Coverage: Rated for rooms up to 815 square feet, it gives 4 air changes per hour in spaces up to 408 square feet, which helps when allergies are severe.
  • Measured CADR: Clean air delivery rates of 200 for dust and 208 for pollen, plus 193 for smoke, show how quickly it clears each pollutant from your room.
  • Quiet 5-Speed Fan: Noise ranges from 25.6 decibels on silent, which is quieter than a library, to 51.3 decibels on turbo for fast cleanup.
  • Wall-Mount Ready: At 21.4 x 7 x 20-Inches (L x W x H), it hangs flat with the included mounting brackets and keeps your floor space clear.
  • Color Options: Choose from 2 finishes, white or black, to match your walls and décor without changing performance.
  • Low Energy Draw: It uses a maximum of 61 watts on a 110-to-120-volt outlet, so running it all day costs little.
  • CARB Certified: CARB certification and negligible ozone emission mean the ionizer freshens your air without adding ozone to your home.
  • Wi-Fi Capable: Wi-Fi capability and the included remote control let you change speeds and modes without walking over to the panel.
  • Annual Filter Changes: A filter change indicator lights up when the 4 replaceable filters are due, about every 12 months, so upkeep is easy to plan.
  • Portable 19.4-Pound Build: A recessed handle and a power cord of nearly 10 feet let you move the purifier easily from bedroom to living room.

Choose Your Specialty Filter

The specialty filter stage is the only thing that changes between models, so you can pick Odor Remover, Toxin Absorber, Pet Allergy, or Germ Defense based on the pollutant that bothers you most.

  • Odor Remover: This activated carbon filter traps cigarette and pet odors, and it raises odor absorption to 91 percent, which makes it the right pick if smoke is your main concern.
  • Toxin Absorber: This filter traps VOCs such as formaldehyde and benzene, and it is recommended for multiple chemical sensitivity and for newly renovated homes that still give off construction fumes.
  • Pet Allergy: This filter captures pet dander and pet odors, easing your allergy symptoms while also handling odor and chemical concerns in a home with animals.
  • Germ Defense: This filter slows the growth of airborne bacteria and mold spores, and it traps particles that carry viruses. It suits nurseries and anyone with a weakened immune system.

Sylvane's Expert Take

If you have allergies or asthma and want a purifier on the wall instead of crowding the floor, the MinusA2 suits large bedrooms and open living areas. The filter is the real decision. Germ Defense suits a nursery and Toxin Absorber suits a home after renovation.

Pet Allergy and Odor Remover cover dander and smoke. Every option shares the same HEPA core, so the choice comes down to your trigger, not performance. Leave it in Auto mode and it stays near silent until your air actually needs work.
