Installed in a mudroom area, heats the area quickly. Nicely built. somewhat noisy However the instructions for setting up the unit may be the worst Iv'e ever seen. Nothing is presented step by step (like how to set up the clock first). There is an online video which was only slightly better. Yikes

The heater is used for heating a large room at my yacht club, primarily nighttime maintenance heat when no one is there. This is in conjunction with another similar heater of another brand. To program it is difficult, as the instructions are unclear on the procedures and steps to do this . The touch pad sequence is confusing and non-intuitive, adding more difficulty to the setup. A step-by-step, sequential set of instructions would have made me rate it .ugh higher. Your very fast shipping is a major plus, as is your after-sale followup and concern.
