The Modern Flames Redstone Traditional Electric Fireplace recesses into a framed wall or slides into a zero-clearance opening, so you get a glowing firebox and supplemental heat in the room where you actually spend your evenings. The Redstone comes in four widths, so you can scale the flame to your wall.

  • Hybrid-FX Flames: Hybrid-FX flame technology produces realistic flames above an included driftwood log set, and flame-only mode lets you enjoy the look without heat.
  • Independent Color Controls: The flame, ember bed, and downlighting each offer 10 colors plus a fade mode, so you can tune the firebox to your mood.
  • Powerful Heater: The 5,000 BTU heater provides supplemental warmth for rooms up to 400 square feet, taking the chill off the space you use most. Choose 750 watts on Low or 1,465 watts on High to match heat output to the room.
  • Adjustable Thermostat: Set a target between 68 and 88 degrees Fahrenheit, and the thermostat cycles the heater to hold your preferred temperature.
  • 8-Hour Timer: The programmable timer runs for up to 8 hours, so the heater can switch off on its own after you turn in.
  • Multi-Function Remote: The included multi-function remote works with the electronic controls so you can adjust flames and heat from across the room.
  • Two Trim Packages: A factory-attached slim trim (0.6 inches) and an included thicker trim (1.62 inches) let you choose a minimal edge or a bolder framed finish.
  • Slide-In Installation: The firebox needs an opening only 10 inches deep, so you can install it as a zero-clearance slide-in or a framed wall built-in.
  • Plug-In or Hardwired: Run it on 120 volts through the 70-inch cord at a standard outlet, or hardwire it for a cord-free finish.

The Redstone comes in 26-inch, 30-inch, 36-inch, and 42-inch widths, and each one needs its own framing opening and wall space.

  • 26-Inch Model: The RS-2621 measures 26 x 9.88 x 20.88 inches (L x W x H) with the thicker trim and weighs 48 pounds, so it suits narrow walls and smaller rooms where a compact firebox looks proportional. It requires a 23 x 10 x 18.75-inch (L x W x H) framing opening.
  • 30-Inch Model: The RS-3021 needs a 28.25 x 10 x 18.75-inch (L x W x H) framing opening and measures 31.75 x 9.88 x 20.88 inches (L x W x H) with the thicker trim, giving you a wider flame at the same height as the 26-inch model, and it weighs 56 pounds.
  • 36-Inch Model: The RS-3626 fits a 32.63 x 10 x 23.88-inch (L x W x H) framing opening and weighs 80 pounds, and its taller 35.75 x 9.88 x 26-inch (L x W x H) trimmed profile makes it a strong focal point for a media wall.
  • 42-Inch Model: The RS-4229 measures 41.75 x 9.88 x 29 inches (L x W x H) with the thicker trim, requires a 38.75 x 10 x 26.75-inch (L x W x H) framing opening, and weighs 100 pounds, giving you the biggest flame presentation for a large feature wall.
