Info & Guides

Description

Loading a trailer in midsummer means working where the air barely moves. The XPOWER Warehouse/Dock/Trailer Fan Kit fixes that with a long, focused beam of air from a high-torque induction motor and large, precision-angled blades. All of it rides on a trolley you can roll to whichever dock door your crew is working that day.

The same airflow is just as useful away from the dock. You can roll the fan into garages, auto repair bays, gyms, or studios when a space needs cooling or ventilation, then park it in a corner when the job is done.

Key Features and Benefits of the XPOWER 14-Inch 2100 CFM Warehouse/Dock/Trailer Fan Kit with Mobile Trolley and LED Spotlight

  • Long-Throw Airflow: The 14-inch axial fan moves up to 2,100 CFM, so it can push air from the doorway to the far end of a long, enclosed space.
  • Adjustable Speeds: A toggle switch offers 4 airflow settings, so you can ease it down for a small bay or run it at full power in a trailer.
  • Auto-Off Timer: The built-in 3-hour timer shuts the fan off by itself, which helps when it's hard to reach or needs to keep running after everyone leaves.
  • LED Spotlight Included: The L-30 spotlight puts out 3,600 lumens of 5000K light and mounts to the trolley, so you can see into dark trailer corners and work more safely.
  • Trolley Power Outlets: The all-metal trolley has 2 power outlets and dual cord hooks, so you can plug in nearby tools and keep cables off the walkway.
  • Stable Rolling Base: Wear-resistant wheels move the kit between doors, and anti-skid pads with crossbar-reinforced side bars keep the 13-pound fan steady once it's parked.
  • Compact, Portable Fan: The fan measures 16.6 x 10.4 x 18.9-Inches (L x W x H), and its carry handle makes it easy to lift off the trolley.
  • Modest Power Draw: The fan is rated at 120 watts and 1 amp on 110-120 volt power, so it leaves room on a shared dock circuit for other plug-in equipment.
  • Long Power Cord: A 10-foot cord gives you room to place the trolley at the trailer opening, not up against the wall outlet.
  • Safety Certified: The fan carries ETL and cETL certification and meets OSHA safety requirements.
  • Color Options: You can choose safety yellow to stand out on industrial floors, or blue with a black trolley for a cleaner look in customer-facing spaces.

Will It Reach the Back of Your Trailer?

This fan is built for reach more than wide coverage. Its 2,100 CFM beam stays tight enough to travel deep into most 20-foot and 40-foot shipping containers and 53-foot trailers. For the best results, park the trolley just outside the trailer opening and aim the fan straight down the length of the trailer.

That way the air moves along the whole cargo space and doesn't break up against the side walls. Start at the highest speed while a crew is unloading at the far end, then step it down as they work back toward the door. The fan is rated for indoor use, so keep it inside the building or under cover when the job is done.

Sylvane's Expert Take

If you manage a loading dock or a fleet yard and your crews unload trailers with no ventilation, this kit is a strong fit. It works best aimed straight down a long, enclosed space, where the focused airflow carries the farthest.

The included spotlight matters as much as the fan, since dark trailers slow down loading. Both color schemes come with the same fan, trolley, and light, so pick by the look you want, then roll cooler, brighter air right to the trailer door.
