The Innovative Dehumidifiers WH60 Professional Series Whole House Dehumidifier (model WH60) is meant to be set up once and left alone, with gravity drainage carrying condensate away and an onboard humidistat holding the humidity level you choose.

Placement is up to you. Set it on level ground in a sealed crawl space or basement, put it in a remote room and duct dry air to a family room or office, or connect it to your air conditioning system so your AC thermostat controls it. That last option lets you manage humidity from the same controller you already use for cooling.
