Info & Guides

Description

Hot warehouse aisles rarely have the ductwork or wiring that traditional air conditioning needs, and that's where the SlimKool Elite 4,200 CFM Mobile Evaporative Cooler comes in. It plugs into a standard outlet and cools by pulling air through a pad that stays wet. You feel the difference right away without having to close off the space.

Key Features and Benefits of the SlimKool Elite 4,200 CFM Mobile Evaporative Cooler

  • High-Volume Airflow: Moves 4,200 CFM of moistened air across spaces up to 1,100 square feet, so you can cool a whole work zone with one cooler.
  • Staycool Rigid Pad: The Staycool Rigid cooling pad stays constantly wet, giving you steady evaporative cooling for as long as the tank holds water.
  • Pull-Out Ice Tray: A pull-out ice tray lets you chill the water supply, producing colder air for more noticeable relief on the hottest afternoons.
  • Water Tank: The 8-gallon tank lets you run longer between refills, and a hose hookup lets you connect a water supply directly.
  • Manual Speed Control: Simple manual controls give you 3 fan speeds, so you can turn airflow up for peak heat or down for gentler cooling.
  • Air Swing Delivery: The Air Swing Delivery System and adjustable front louvers spread airflow evenly from side to side, so you avoid hot and cold spots.
  • Low-Draw Motor: A 160-watt, 115-volt motor runs from a standard household outlet, so you can set up anywhere without dedicated electrical work.
  • Certified Safety: The cooler is cETLus certified and has automatic overheat protection, so you can run it confidently through long shifts.
  • Mobile Footprint: Measuring 17 x 23 x 49-Inches (L x W x H) and weighing 30 pounds, it rolls on casters so you can move it as your work moves.

Will 1,100 Square Feet of Coverage Handle Your Space?

The 1,100 square feet rating covers one warehouse bay or fabrication corner with one cooler. If your building is larger, put the cooler close to where people actually stand or work. Aiming 4,200 CFM at an occupied zone gives you far more relief than spreading it thin across an empty floor. For bigger layouts, run more than one cooler and roll each one to the section where work is happening.

Sylvane's Expert Take

If you're cooling an industrial warehouse aisle where air conditioning isn't practical, this SlimKool cooler is worth a close look. It works best in dry heat with some fresh air moving through, because evaporative cooling adds moisture to the air. Use the ice tray on the hottest days, since it lowers the temperature of the air you feel. Add the Air Swing distribution, and one cooler can keep a full work zone comfortable all summer.

If stood directly in front of the unit on ‘high’ then theres some cooling but if you move around as i do in my garsge you loose all cooling effect. It also generates a lot of humidity.
