Even Moisture Distribution
Designed with their signature Vortex Action Technology, the Vornado EV200 ensures that moisture is evenly distributed to every corner of your room. As it operates, its fan pulls dry air inside of the unit where it passes through a wick filter. The air absorbs water from the wick and then this moisture is released into your space where it begins circulating. This circulation limits dry spots and helps to make sure every part of the room is filled with healthy, humidified air.
Automatic Smart Operation
Take the confusion out of humidifying with the Vornado Evaporative Whole Room Humidifier. In Auto Mode you can select your desired humidity level between 40% - 60%. Once set, the unit will automatically adjust fan speed to meet and maintain your set level, all while minimizing noise. If you ever need an added boost of power for quick humidification, you can always turn to its continuous mode.
Dual Water Tanks
Two clear 0.75-gallon water tanks help to deliver a longer runtime than similar humidifiers. You’re always able to quickly see how much water is left in each tank. When it’s time to refill, simply lift the tanks away from the base using the handy carrying handle. Unscrew the lid and add water at a sink or by pouring in.

We keep the humidifier running 24/7 during the winter, and I was tired of constantly refilling our smaller machines. We also have hard water, which means cleaning our old ultrasonic humidifier had to be cleaned multiple times a week due to deposit buildup. When our old machine sprang a leak, I did the research and purchased the Vornado EV200. LOVE IT. I keep the setting at 60% humidity and the 2 water tanks last days. The flat-bottomed design of the water tanks makes it super easy to refill, and then the handle placement means it's easy to carry. For cleaning, everything disassembles quickly and all spots are reached easily - since all components are based on a wide cylindrical design, I'm not reaching for odd nooks and crannies with my pipe cleaners. Since this is an evaporative humidifier, all the hard water deposits are caught on the wick and we no longer deal with white humidifier dust. I do anticipate replacing the filters frequently, but that is a simple process and isn't cost prohibitive. Overall, I highly recommend this product! #sweepstakes

I have several Vornado products and am pleased with the quality and features of each item. I especially like this humidifier. The design addresses the awkward tank filing negatives of humidifiers. Since the tanks are flat on both ends they sit securely in the sink while being filled. And with dual tanks, you have maximum water capacity with less weight. They are easy to carry and install in the base and the covers are easy to remove and replace. Am considering replacing older units with this model.
