Description

Some rooms are too big for a small plug-in heater but too small to justify adding a new heating zone. The King Electric LPW ComfortCraft Pic-A-Watt Wall Heater 120V solves this by letting you pick the wattage during installation, so you size the heater to the room. Once it's set, it recesses into your wall and runs on its own thermostat.

Because it's hardwired and sits recessed with a curved grille, this ComfortCraft heater suits homes and commercial spaces alike, including living rooms, offices, and lobbies where you want heat without a heater in the way. The heater and its parts are made in the USA.

Key Features and Benefits of the King Electric LPW ComfortCraft Pic-A-Watt Wall Heater 120V

Pic-A-Watt Element: You can choose from 8 wattage configurations up to 2,750 watts, so the output matches your room size and local climate.
Heating Output: It produces up to 9,378 BTU and moves 185 CFM of warm air, helping heat circulate through the room.
Built-In Thermostat: With 7 temperature settings from 45 to 85 degrees F, you can hold the room at a steady temperature without a separate wall thermostat.
3-Position Switch: The manual Fan/Heat/Off switch gives you heat in winter, or you can run just the fan to move air in summer.
Smart Limit Protection: King Electric's overheat protection shuts the heater off if temperatures go above the normal operating range.
Recessed Wall Box: The 20-gauge electrogalvanized steel wall box comes with a factory-installed ground wire for a secure recessed, hardwired installation.
Durable Construction: A 5-blade aluminum fan and powder-coated exterior hold up to everyday use in busy rooms and shared spaces.
UL Certified: The UL certification shows the heater meets recognized electrical safety standards for your home or business.
Warranty Coverage: The Pic-A-Watt element has a 5-year warranty, and materials, components, and workmanship are covered for 1 year.
Color Options: Choose white or bronze to suit your walls or trim.

Plan Your 120-Volt Circuit and Wall Opening

This model runs on 110 to 120 volts and draws up to 18.8 amps at its highest setting. That means you should plan a circuit that can handle that load, and your electrician can confirm the right breaker before you install. The heater measures 14.5625 x 3.8125 x 21.8125-Inches (L x W x H), and that shallow depth is what lets it sit recessed with the grille close to the wall. At 19 pounds, it's easy to position while you secure it to the wall box.

Sylvane's Expert Take

If you need permanent heat in a room between 200 and 550 square feet, but not a full-time heating zone, this ComfortCraft heater makes sense. It works best in rooms you use daily, where a steady thermostat setting matters more than quick bursts of heat. The Pic-A-Watt element is what matters most, because it lets you match the heat to the room during installation. Pick the white or bronze finish that matches your décor.
