Description
The Friedrich 7,000 BTU ZoneAire Premier PTAC with Electric Heat is ideal for the hospitality industry thanks to its quiet and efficient cooling and heating. With up to 7,000 BTUs of cooling power, an Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) of at least 13.0, and a 3.6kW electric coil heater, it can reach and maintain temperatures in rooms up to 300 square feet.
- Digital Controls: The digital control board makes it easy to select the temperature, fan speed, and the cooling, heating, or fan-only mode quickly with the easy-to-use digital control board.
- Even Air Distribution: The three-speed fan has nearly five times the surface area of typical PTAC fans, allowing for broader airflow and even air distribution.
- Temperature Monitoring: The indoor air is monitored and tested every nine minutes to maintain desired conditions.
- Dehumidifier: Remove up to 1.7 pints of excess moisture every hour.
- Central Management System: This system allows you to control multiple models in one location, such as a reception desk, with a simple Friedrich accessory add-on.

- 208-230V: For rooms up to 300 square feet or less. Features a 13.0 EER. (PDE07K3SGR3)
- 265V: For more powerful cooling and heating in rooms up to 300 square feet. Features a 13.3 EER. (PDE07R3SGR3)

- Corrosion Resistant: The indoor and outdoor coils are enhanced with Diamonblue Advanced Corrosion Protection, stainless steel endplates, and powder-coat to resist corrosion and rust in even the harshest outdoor environments.
Quiet, Efficient, and Environmentally Friendly Operation
- Two-Motor Design: Features one indoor and one outdoor motor so the indoor motor can run slower to reduce indoor sound levels without giving up heating or cooling power.
- Ultra Quiet: The thick steel inner walls are enhanced with foam to decrease energy loss and noise levels.
- Eco-Friendly Refrigerant: The R-32 refrigerant possesses low global warming potential.
- Energy efficiency: This model features an advanced coil design and a 13 EER rating, delivering exceptional energy efficiency at a lower cost than most PTAC models.
Universal Heater Cord
Friedrich PTACs offers a universal heater cord that allows you to increase or decrease the heat output in any model by changing the power cord. The Friedrich includes a 20-amp, 3.6 kW heater cord to warm rooms up to 300 square feet. If you want more heat, consider the 30-amp, 5 kW heater cord if you want more heat.

- Adjustable Louvers: Direct air in any direction with the adjustable louvers.
- Fresh Air Intake: Adjust the air intake valve to ventilate your space with fresh outdoor air.
- Maintenance-Friendly Design: The modular design allows key components to be easily accessed, removed, cleaned, and serviced.
- Permanent Air Filters: The two filters can be easily cleaned with a vacuum dust attachment or with warm water and mild dishwashing detergent.
- Room Freeze Protection: initiates heat if the temperature falls to 40 degrees Fahrenheit in an unoccupied room.
Note: A standard external grille and wall sleeve should be purchased separately for new installations.
