Description

Rooms with windows, built-ins, or art on every wall leave little space for a wall-mounted mini split. The Senville Aura 24,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Mini Split Heat Pump solves that by recessing into your ceiling. Its multiple air outlets reach corners that a wall system can miss. A single indoor head handles both cooling and heating, plus dry and fan-only modes.

The Aura keeps working in outdoor temperatures as low as -22 degrees F, so you can rely on it through cold winters. It uses R-454B refrigerant and arrives pre-charged, which cuts down the on-site work for your HVAC installer.

Key Features and Benefits of the Senville Aura 24,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Mini Split Heat Pump

Capacity Rating: Delivers 24,000 BTU of cooling and heating power, giving you year-round comfort in your largest rooms.
Energy Star Efficiency: Energy Star certified with a 20.2 SEER and an 11 EER, so you spend less on energy every cooling season.
ETL Certified: ETL certification confirms the system has passed independent safety testing, giving you added confidence in your installation.
Fan Airflow: A 3-speed fan moves up to 820 CFM, letting you switch between strong circulation and a gentler breeze.
48-Decibel Operation: Runs at 48 decibels even on its highest fan speed, so conversation and sleep go undisturbed.
Auto-Swing Louvers: Automatic oscillation through adjustable louvers spreads conditioned air evenly, helping you avoid hot or cold spots.
Remote and Timer: The included remote control works from across the room, with automatic mode and a programmable timer that turns it on or off for you.
Auto Restart: After a power outage, the heat pump resumes operation at its previous settings, so you skip resetting the remote.
Electrical Requirements: Runs on 208-230 volts, so plan the electrical connection with your HVAC professional before installation day.
Single-Zone Setup: Conditions 1 zone, which gives you dedicated temperature control over one large room.

Choose Your Line Set Length

The Aura comes with your choice of line set length: None, 16 feet, 25 feet, or 50 feet. The None option ships the heat pump alone, which suits you if your HVAC professional is supplying the refrigerant lines. The 16-foot option (model SENA-24HF-IC-16) adds an insulated 3/8 x 5/8-inch line set, a good match when the outdoor condenser sits close to the room. The 25-foot and 50-foot options add longer runs, giving your installer more freedom to place the condenser farther from the ceiling cassette.

Note: The None configuration does not include a line set, so a refrigerant line set is required to complete installation.

Sylvane's Expert Take

If you're cooling and heating a large open-plan room where every wall is already in use, the Aura is a strong fit. Plan on professional installation, and have your contractor measure the distance to the outdoor condenser before you choose a line set length. With full 24,000 BTU heating that keeps running down to -22 degrees F, this cassette can keep one room comfortable all year.
