When a server room starts overheating or a production floor loses its HVAC, the KwiKool 120,000 BTU 10-Ton Portable Air Conditioners give you the most cooling power in the KwiKool line. These commercial-only air conditioners vent through a drop ceiling, so you can place them where the heat builds up instead of next to a window. The line comes in 2 voltage configurations to match your facility's 3-phase service.

Continuous duty is the biggest advantage. An internal pump sends condensate to a drain, so cooling keeps going overnight and through weekends without anyone emptying water. For a shorter job, the external tank collects water instead. Facilities like hospitals and offices use this 2-way setup to cover both emergency and planned cooling.

    Excellent Commercial Quality A/C

    This is a beast! I have a warehouse with no windows and cutting an opening in the metal wall was not an option. So I opted for a portable. Purchased the Kwikool Iceberg 10-Ton unit. It easily cools the facility within 20 minutes. I opted for 3 phase electric and it really keeps the demand charges low which saves me money.
