This do-it-all Remote Thermometer and Humidity Sensor from Acu-Rite is the perfect instrument for monitoring remote conditions either inside or outside your home. The remote sensor may be placed in a weather protected area outside, or on any level of your home.

The base unit links to remote sensors, perfect for monitoring another area from one central location. Consider tracking conditions in these spaces:

  • Living space
  • Crawlspace
  • Basement
  • Outdoors

The Acu-Rite thermometer comes with one remote sensor. To view data, simply scroll through the channels on the base unit to display the current conditions in each location.

This model also includes a self-setting calendar displaying the date, month, weekday, and moon phase.

  • Atomic Clock: Automatically adjusts for Daylight Savings
  • Min/Max Memory: Tracks temperature and humidity in each area
  • Alarm: Includes 8 minute snooze function
  • Moon Phase: Displays the moon in its different phases as the month progresses

    Works. So well I bought another

    Placed one in basement to monitor the new Santa Fe dehumidifier. Does a great job and it's very handy to be able to monitor remotely.

    Thermometer/Hygrometer

    I purchased this to monitor humidity in my encapsulated crawlspace, along with a new Santa Fe dehumidifier to replace the cheap consumer dehumidifier already there, which may or may not be working. I ordered this on a Friday afternoon, and it was delivered the next day, Saturday afternoon by FedEx, using free standard shipping. It was easy to set up, and I have been using it to monitor indoor temp and humidity in the house and in my detached shop to get a feel for how it works. Once I set up the new Santa Fe in the crawlspace, I'll move the Acu-Rite to the crawlspace. So far I'm very happy with it.
