The steam cleaner arrived quickly and the carton was intact. Upon opening and checking the contents I found that the window squeegee was broken. I contacted McColloch customer service and they were excellent to work with and I received a replacement promptly, In the meantime I was able to use it for some cleaning projects and it was excellent, I am very happy with the steamer and look forward to using in the future

I'm so pleased with how well this helped me clean my kitchen grout. The floor is 1 inch hex tiles so there is so much grout and the steamer did what no amount of cleaner or elbow grease could get. I did still have to scrub after steaming and learned quickly to work in small patches. I couldn't get an attachment to stay on. They just wouldn't click into the hose adequately so the steamer would just pop the attachment off and I had to use it without an accessory. Maybe next time I'll try some of the other attachments to see if any will click in. It heats up quickly. It also cleaned my stainless steel fridge very well without the need for cleaner, just buffing. #sweepstakes

I was going to have my tile floor and grout professional cleaning, but the price was so high that it was worth buying my own steam cleaner and clean the floor on my own time. I look at the McCulloch deluxe and liked it. It has so many accessories and a powerful steamer way better then the floor mops steamers. I also like that you can adjust the steam. I watched the video and this is why I purchased the McCulloch steamer. I Used it in my newly remolded master bathroom because I wanted to change the color of my grout and I needed a good steamer to remove the dirt. Came out beautiful. (sorry no pic)
